Yo ya la conocía. Sabía de su corta etapa como chica Hitchcock, en la que hizo una de (para mi) las mejores películas del genio Alfred; Con la Muerte en los Talones.
Pero fué al escuchar (después de mucho tiempo) la canción de Lloyd Cole Rattlesnakes, cuando me he preguntado quién era y por que Lloyd la comparaba con su chica. La historia empieza en el oscar que gano por la Ley del silencio...en inglés On the Waterfront.
She looks like Eva Marie Saint in On the Waterfront...
I did know her. I knew about her short Hitchcock stage when she did one of (for me) best Alfred's movies; North by Northwest.
But after listening (after a long time) the Lloyd Cole's song Rattlesnakes when I have asked myself who was she and why the comparation on the song. Teh story starts winning the oscar in On the Waterfront (In spanish the traslation change a lot!).
